You get a fund that's ready to take capital, with no surprises on cost.
Already running one? We advise managers on the work that never stops: adviser registration and exemptions, annual and periodic filings, marketing reviews, adding an offshore feeder, converting an incubator fund, and responding to regulators. Many of our clients came to us after their first fund was already up.
